Lead OTC Analyst  Location: Amherst, New York  Purpose The OTC Analyst compiles and completes reports and duties to satisfy both internal and external customers to meet operational needs and corporate sales goals & objectives. The OTC Analyst will process dealer transfer data in order to setup and process commissions and report on sales for Ivoclar Vivadent North America. Assistant Clinical Specialist   Location: Amherst, NY  Purpose The Assistant Clinical Specialist provides clinical insight to internal and external customers through complaint handling, troubleshooting and educational programs. Additionally, this position works chairside, assisting dental consultants to gain product knowledge. The Assistant Clinical Specialist must be detail orientated in order to provide accurate information relating to our products and services. Furthermore, the Assistant Clinical Specialist uses dental knowledge to assist customers with practical clinical application of our materials.   This position is required to work in the Amherst, NY office.  Your Responsibilities - Serve as material expert in the administration of all tasks related to complaint management and troubleshooting including attendance at Complaints Handling meetings within the CCH system - Provide documentation of materials, test methods, and communication within the CCH system - Maintain accuracy according to all FDA regulations - Perform administrative tasks such as mailings, customer communications, evaluations, and task follow-up as related to the complaint management process - Conduct material evaluations as related to compliant handling process - Provide internal and external customers with troubleshooting (clinical techniques and materials) as needed - Provide marketing and research support - Provide teaching (lectures, seminars, table clinics, demonstrations)as necessary - Manage operatory activities by way of scheduling, communicating, and assisting in order to perform operatory procedures. - Facilitate marketing and educational assets by coordinating activities in the operatory Your Qualifications - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. AB Production Technician I  12 Hour Night Shift - Temporary Location: Somerset, New Jersey Purpose   To manufacture high quality dental products for commercial sale.   Your Responsibilities - Execute all policies, procedures and work instructions associated with this position to fulfill Ivoclar Vivadent Manufacturing, Inc.’s Quality System. - Partake in all aspects of the Manufacturing Process. Obtained by training on all required SOPs, WMs, MPSs, and other applicable department related procedures. - Adhere to building safety and security procedures in the performance of all duties. - Maintain a clean work environment - Comply with 5S requirements - Keep accurate records within Device History Record of all production work performed - Record KPIs and daily output values via shift reports - Communicate and coordinate activities with previous and following shift. - Operate any and all pieces of equipment and machinery associated with this which include but are not limited to casting equipment, glass melting equipment, heat treatment ovens, sorting systems, adhesion equipment, packaging equipment and label makers - Perform in-process quality checks on products being produced. - Demonstrate technical expert knowledge in departmental processes. - Monitor and keep level of product defects at minimum. - Adjust process parameters to reduce product defects. - Work with Production Supervisor and Process Engineer to implement process improvements. - Utilize good judgment and learned knowledge to assess and solve problems as they arise in the production process. - Train new employees and participate in cross-training when required. - Replenish components from storage areas. - Notify Lead and Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. - Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) at all times - Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times - Perform other related duties and assignments as required. AB Production Technician I  12 Hour Day Shift - Temporary Location: Somerset, New Jersey Purpose   To manufacture high quality dental products for commercial sale.   Your Responsibilities - Execute all policies, procedures and work instructions associated with this position to fulfill Ivoclar Vivadent Manufacturing, Inc.’s Quality System. - Partake in all aspects of the Manufacturing Process.
