    Responsibilities

    As a Repair Technician, you will be learning how to repair and service the most advanced Dental Equipment in the world. Some examples of what you will be doing include:

    • Provide installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of CAD/CAM equipment and software remotely and on-site at customer’s location.
    • Provide technical advice and support to internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, and Education department).
    • Conduct either remote (phone, net viewer) or on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic support to customers.
    • Oversee and maintain parts inventory in order to meet service and repair schedule/demand.
    • Maintain expert level proficiency in CAD, CAM, design and milling.
    • Maintain excellent and accurate communications with the appropriate staff.
    • Maintain quality logs and records as required by the Quality Management System.

    Qualifications

    Job Type: Full-time. 50-75% travel, national, international

    Experience: CAD CAM experience preferred

    Education: High school, required. Certification or Degree in related field, preferred.
