  • Overview

    To support the Packaging Manager and Lead with all required department procedures in order to meet or exceed production orders, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

    •   Complete production orders with minimal supervision.
    •   Bottle porcelain and label jars as needed.
    •   Setup and operate all equipment.
    •   Fill out production orders.
    •   Perform cycle counts as needed.
    •   Support all good manufacturing procedures (GMP).
    •   Maintain or exceed level of quality and production.
    •   Package production orders.
    •   Maintain equipment and complete housekeeping tasks as required.
    •  Adhere to company safety policies.
    •  Interface with QA/QC to ensure acceptance of finished goods.
    •  Performs other related duties and assignments as required.


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful but not required.
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
    • Proven hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Quality conscious and excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
    • Ability to ensure compliance to guidelines, policies, procedures and practices.
    • Ability to read, write and speak English.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Physical Demands

    Ability to lift 35 pounds comfortably. Manual dexterity and proven hand and eye coordination. Position could involve sitting, standing, and/or lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
