We offer an excellent opportunity for an individual who is extremely motivated with Education course support experience.  In this position, under the direction of the Senior Manager of Marketing & Education, the Education Coordinator will manage the materials and administrative duties for all education courses and seminars held at the Mississauga International Center for Dental Education (ICDE) and in the field. Focus will be on both clinical and technical courses.

  • Maintain seminar request forms and budget information for courses.
  • Create and maintain course calendar and regularly communicate pre and post ICDE activities to the field sales team and internal associates.
  • Manage ICDE Vision theatre room scheduling.
  • Create course flyers, e-blasts and promotional/course materials such as invites, and handouts.
  • Manage registration, CE hour letters, mailings, reconciliations and course billings.
  • Report monthly to the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Education an ROI analysis on all ICDE courses.
  • Maintain online education course information.
  • Coordinate and confirm speakers, speaker travel requirements and course needs.
  • Arrange procurement and compilation of all clinical and technical course materials, kits, binders, certificates and literature.
  • Answer customer phone inquiries regarding courses.
  • Prepare/arrange for shipping of course materials and mailings
  • Maintain, review and replenish returned course kits and non-stock materials.
  • Organize and maintain course material and the education area in the warehouse.
  • Assist in implementation of technical education courses as needed.
  • Assist ICDE personnel as needed to implement courses.
  • Reception coverage during breaks and lunches and in case of absenteeism
  • Perform other activities as directed by the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Education.
  • Input CRM information in support of marketing, sales and education. 




  • Previous office support and/or reception experience desired.
  • French knowledge or Bilingual in French is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and phone skills needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office required.
  • Product knowledge preferred.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree preferred.
  • Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, view a computer monitor and move about effectively to fulfill the essential functions of the job.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, bend and lift up to 35-40 lbs.
